Whether you are looking to let your property or want to find a property to rent, we can help. We currently let over hundreds of properties across the region, every month, and have been doing so for many years now. Add to that our membership of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, and you can be rest assured we have your best interests at heart.
Landlords
We offer full letting and property management services and manage hundreds of homes for investors and private landlords. At valuation we will guide you through the maze of legislation and give practical advice about presentation and tenants expectations.
Our management department is centralised, with dedicated Lettings Managers and Lettings Administrators dealing with both Landlord and Tenant throughout the life of the tenancy.
We are proud to be a part of the ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents). ARLA members are required to work within a robust code of practice, which includes a thorough examination of all systems before joining. This also means our qualified lettings team can provide the most up to date legislation to Landlords at all times.
